About The Position

Arlo is seeking a Product Line Manager to support product management and execution for strategic service-provider and technology-partner solutions across SaaS, cloud services, connected devices, and hardware launches. The role supports day-to-day management of partner roadmaps and initiatives, coordinating requirements, releases, certifications, launches, partner communications, and escalations across multiple partner accounts. The successful candidate will work with account teams to understand partner and business needs, turn them into clear product requirements, and coordinate delivery with internal product and engineering teams. The position supports roadmap execution and SaaS and cloud product management, including requirements intake, scoping, prioritization, release coordination, release notes, and partner communications. It also contributes to API strategy and partner integration standards, and supports partner portals, developer resources, documentation, onboarding, testing, and enablement tools. The role coordinates hardware product requirements, certifications, integration testing, launch readiness, and partner-specific device and accessory requirements with internal teams and partners. It also involves partner-facing discussions and meetings, maintaining communication materials and action trackers, triaging escalations, and supporting multiple product workstreams. Deep hardware customization or SKU-management experience is not required; candidates should be willing to learn these areas and collaborate with subject-matter experts. The role is hybrid: the successful candidate is expected to work from the Arlo office two days per week, with the remaining schedule available for remote work in accordance with company policy. Occasional meetings or working hours outside standard local business hours may be required because partners operate across regions and time zones. Some travel may be required for partner meetings, technical workshops, product reviews, manufacturing engagements, and industry events. The expected salary range is $130,000–$155,000 per year. Other compensation may include bonus, equity, and benefits; benefit details are provided with an offer.

  • Willingness to learn hardware customization and SKU-management areas and work closely with subject-matter experts.
