About The Position

Prime Intellect is hiring a Product Lead to provide direction and consistent execution for its product team within Engineering. The Product Lead will guide the team's product work, stay close to design and implementation, and collaborate with founders and technical leads on priorities. The role shapes a connected customer experience across environments, evaluations, training, deployment, and traces, including work with the teams building Model Factory, inference, and sandboxes. It involves working directly with customers and Prime Intellect researchers, using real workloads to identify friction, test ideas, and develop experiments into dependable product features. The Product Lead also contributes hands-on through prototypes, product specifications, design reviews, and working sessions with engineers, and measures product outcomes such as time to a first useful result, repeat usage, production adoption, and customer support needs. San Francisco is the preferred location; remote work is possible for the right candidate. Compensation is $200,000–$300,000 base salary plus meaningful equity.
