Founding Product Lead

Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

AIUC builds standards and insurance for frontier AI. Its AIUC-1 standard for agent security helps enterprises decide which AI agents they can trust. After certifying agents for demanding companies alongside their teams and auditors, AIUC is turning that work into a product for companies building agents. The Founding Product Lead is AIUC’s first product hire and its top hiring priority as the company prepares for general availability. Working directly with the cofounders, this person will translate strategic vision into product priorities, test hypotheses, surface key decisions, and drive execution. Over time, the role will take on more product decision-making and may build the product function as the company scales. The role includes taking the certification product to general availability and expanding it to new agent types and products. Compensation includes a competitive annual salary and equity, with equity making up a significant part of total compensation. AIUC also offers health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their dependents, visa sponsorship and a relocation stipend to San Francisco if needed, and daily lunch, dinner, and snacks.
