About The Position

Princeton BMW, part of Holman, is seeking a Product Genius to serve as an expert on BMW products and technology. The role helps customers understand and enjoy their vehicles’ features and supports them throughout the sales and delivery experience, as well as after purchase. The Product Genius works with Sales Consultants, ensures vehicles are ready for delivery, and helps customers connect with the Service team. The position pays a starting range of $22.59–$29.94 USD per hour, with wages based on job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented approach.
Ability to learn and clearly explain vehicle features and technology.
Valid driver’s license and a strong driving record.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
Strong enthusiasm for BMW, automotive technology, and customer service.
Luxury brand, product, or marketing experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on BMW products, features, and technology.
Assist with vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and deliveries.
Explain vehicle features and services, including navigation, Bluetooth, personal settings, warranty, roadside assistance, and maintenance.
Support Sales Consultants throughout the customer experience.
Ensure vehicles are prepared for a seamless delivery.
Follow up with customers after purchase to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BMW products and technology.
Introduce customers to the Service team and assist with initial service needs.
