Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to learn new software and apply Engineering principals to problems.
- Must have the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- Understand Process Flows, Process Operation Codes, Manufacturing Processes and Inspection Processes.
- Have ability to interpret manufacturing standards and incorporate into work instructions.
- Component Recognition
- Programming skills
- Must have good communication skills and work well with multiple groups.
- Provide DFM feedback
- Continuously working on improving product process for customer assemblies
Nice To Haves
- CAM and CAD software experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Floor support for Manufacturing.
- Generate and debug programs for SMT and AOI Equipment.
- Generate manufacturing work instructions and process flows.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for customers as assigned.
