About The Position
Wispr is an AI research and product company building the voice interface for computing. Our first products are Flow, which lets you speak naturally in any application, and Notetaker, which builds context across conversations. We’re building toward an interface that can perceive, understand, and take action with earned trust. This means solving hard problems across models, systems, and product - and caring about the final human experience as deeply as the technology underneath it. As a Growth Engineer at Wispr, you'll own the challenge of ensuring hundreds of thousands of people who onboard every quarter reach the moment voice becomes a natural part of how they work. This involves focusing on onboarding, first dictation, and the path from trying Flow to relying on it. The biggest opportunities for growth are inside the product.
Requirements
- You've moved a funnel metric and can explain the before, the after, and why your work caused it
- You've killed your own experiments when the evidence said so
- You ship fast at production quality and prefer several clear iterations to one perfect launch
- You answer product questions with data and know when the measurement is misleading
- You take ownership when the problem, or the path forward, is ambiguous

Responsibilities
- Own the activation curve: onboarding, first use, habit formation
- Ship experiments fast, read results honestly, graduate winners and kill losers
- Improve the randomization, exposure, instrumentation, and analysis that make results trustworthy
- Close funnel gaps across platforms with the teams that own the product experience
