The position reports to the Senior Manager, Product Design.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience designing enterprise, consumer, and/or mobile user experiences for large-scale web services.
  • A portfolio inspired by user research that demonstrates product design strategy, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, articulation of design rationale, strong communication, and storytelling skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing AI-powered products, agentic experiences, or enterprise automation.
  • Understanding of emerging AI interaction patterns and challenges in designing for trust, transparency, explainability, user control, and governance.
  • Ability to recognize where AI meaningfully improves an experience and where deterministic or traditional interactions are preferable.
  • A strong sense of responsibility for shipped work and its reflection on the team and company brand.
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness, humility, a growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Design clear, consistent product flows using existing design systems and components, with scalability and reusable patterns in mind.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, and user research to define multiple product features and own design execution with support from senior designers.
  • Use AI tools such as Figma, Vercel, and Claude Code to accelerate exploration, prototyping, synthesis, and iteration while maintaining strong design judgment and craft.
  • Use analytics and research to inform design work, and apply intuition where information is incomplete.
  • Contribute to a creative, supportive culture across the Experience design team.

Benefits

  • Company bonus plan for non-sales roles, calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
  • Paid time off and paid company holidays, based on region.
  • Up to six months of paid parental leave following birth, adoption, or foster care placement.
  • Health benefit plan options, including plans that are 100% employer-paid and plans with minimum employee contributions, available from the first day of employment.
  • Retirement and pension programs, with potential employer contributions.
  • Learning and development options, including coaching, online courses, and education reimbursements.
