Requirements

Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Solid understanding of prepress, color management, and print processes.
Experience preparing production-ready files for various printing technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
5-8 years of professional experience, preferably within payment card design and/or luxury consumer goods.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in various design disciplines.
Experience with workflow automation and artwork management.
Fluent English

Nice To Haves

Familiarity artwork management workflows is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or 3D visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality creative concepts and visual designs aligned with brand strategy and luxury standards.
Design and execute premium payment card designs for National, Regional and International customers. Considering traditional plastic as well as premium metal materials and other innovative substrates.
Create production-ready artwork while ensuring compliance with printing and regulatory specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all product lines.
Support where necessary artwork adaptation for international markets.
