Product Designer

JuiceX•FL, FL

About The Position

JuiceX is hiring a Product Designer to expand its product design capacity as the company scales. Reporting to the Head of Product Design, this role owns partner-facing work and non-core product flows—including onboarding, identity, funding, account settings, notifications, and support—while the design lead focuses on the core trading experience. The designer also supports usability testing by managing research logistics and contributing to synthesis. The role involves designing end-to-end responsive web and mobile experiences, including error, empty, and edge states; contributing to the design system and component library; translating partner and stakeholder requirements into designs aligned with brand and system standards; and delivering clean engineering handoffs with specs, assets, and design QA. Designs involving contracts, probabilities, risk, disclosures, or other regulated content must be routed through compliance review. The designer partners with the Head of Product Design, Product, and Engineering to keep the product coherent as it grows.

  • Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
  • Ability to own flows independently while collaborating with a lead designer.
  • Familiarity with usability testing and translating research into design decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across Product, Engineering, and partner teams.
