Requirements

3+ years of experience
Located in (or will relocate to) San Francisco and excited about working in-person
Very organized, hard working, and fast
An interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements

Responsibilities

Hand off designs to engineering within the first 7 days
Dig into and understand customer problems/feedback
Collaborate with product and engineering throughout a project
Navigate both the problem and solution space with cofounders, PMs, and peers
Communicate differing opinions and make/facilitate constructive decisions
Think through the broad user flows for new features
Generate high fidelity mocks and think through UI/UX
Build up the design system alongside Wendy, Ben, Natasha and Oliver and engineering partners
Validate design choices with analytics
