About The Position

Replika is seeking a hands-on Product Designer with strong ownership, impeccable taste, and a deep commitment to users. The designer will craft high-quality experiences across mobile and web at an important point in the product’s development. The product supports deeply personal conversations, so its design must earn users’ trust at every touchpoint. Experience designing sleek, polished consumer apps is critical; the role calls for someone fast, thoughtful, and attentive to detail.

Requirements

At least 5 years designing mobile and web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments.
A portfolio demonstrating strong taste, product thinking, and craft, with a record of creating sleek, beautiful, and intuitive apps.
Proactive, hands-on approach and enthusiasm for shipping real products.
Strong care for users and attention to detail.
Curiosity, collaboration, and excitement about building something meaningful.
Excellent English communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI, conversational UI, or emotionally engaging products.
Experience planning and conducting UX research and integrating insights into design decisions.
Prompt engineering experience.
Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch.

Responsibilities

Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web, including onboarding, new features, and interactive UI.
Own work end-to-end, from idea through prototype to final design.
Work closely with the product manager and engineers to bring ideas to life.
Use data and feedback to improve the product quickly through an iterative shipping and learning process.
Help shape and evolve the design system.
