About The Position

Mutiny is building an agentic go-to-market platform to help revenue teams create customer-facing work with AI teammates. The Product Designer will help define the product language and experience for AI-native GTM software, including its interaction model, creative standards, feedback loops, reusable systems, and quality bar for AI-generated work. This is an early-career role for a designer who learns quickly, uses sound judgment amid ambiguity, and is eager to develop through close collaboration and feedback. The designer will work on product surfaces for creating assets, reviewing and editing AI-generated work, managing brand guidance, and helping users move from idea to finished work. They will improve the product’s visual quality, contribute reusable components and patterns, and explore intuitive interactions for agents, generated content, flexible canvases, and experiences that adapt to user preferences over time. The role works closely with senior design, product, and engineering, and the work will ship. The position is based in Mutiny’s New York City office, with in-person work five days a week in a fast-moving environment. The role is suited to someone interested in shaping an evolving category rather than joining a mature design organization with established rituals and settled processes.
