About The Position

Rilla is building AI sales coaching software for organizations that conduct sales offline. As a Product Designer, you will evolve the core product and spearhead new verticals across desktop and mobile, taking on ambiguous, greenfield challenges as the company expands into new workflows, users, and markets. You will work directly with customers from the start to identify real-world problems and test early prototypes. Designers and engineering peers lead projects from discovery through design and implementation, without product managers. The role involves onboarding customers to prototypes, gathering feedback, and iterating rapidly. As one of three designers, you will help define Rilla’s design culture and how teams collaborate, with an emphasis on quality, speed, customer impact, and thoughtful, polished experiences. The team works in person in New York City and describes the role as involving approximately 60 hours per week and frequent customer conversations and field visits.
