About The Position

Counsel is seeking a Product Designer to shape the consumer experience of an AI-enabled healthcare platform. The designer will help make healthcare feel intuitive, considered, and trustworthy while setting the product’s visual, interaction, and motion standards. The designer will develop an understanding of patient and clinical needs, translate complex healthcare realities into simple experiences, and rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new experiences. The role also builds and evolves the design system and interaction patterns as the company grows, working closely with product, engineering, and clinical teams. Counsel describes itself as an AI-native medical group founded in 2023, with partnerships across healthcare and more than $35 million raised. The role is available hybrid in New York City or Boston, or remotely on the East Coast.
