About The Position

Counsel is seeking a Product Designer to define and design the consumer healthcare experience end-to-end, from a patient’s first question through advice, prescriptions, labs, referrals, and follow-ups. The role will shape the core patient experience across mobile and web, establishing the visual, interaction, and motion standards for a product patients can trust with their health. The role works cross-functionally with product, engineering, and clinical teams. Counsel describes its mission as expanding healthcare capacity through an AI-native medical group and personalized, AI-enabled care.
