About The Position

F2 is the AI platform for private markets investors — purpose-built to transform how institutional teams underwrite, diligence, and deploy capital. Our AI converts messy, unstructured deal materials into investment-grade insights in minutes, helping private credit funds, commercial banks, and private equity firms make faster, more confident decisions. Backed by leading investors, including NFX and Y Combinator, we’re scaling a world-class product and engineering team to build the future of vertical AI for finance. We’re hiring a Product Designer to craft intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences across F2’s platform. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to define workflows, refine interaction patterns, and elevate the design language for a complex B2B AI product. As an early designer at F2, you’ll influence the product’s vision and have a direct impact on how investment professionals interact with cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related roles, ideally with SaaS products and/or AI-driven tools.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates design thinking, problem solving, and polished visual execution across complex workflows.
Comfortable leading design efforts in ambiguity, iterating quickly, and shipping with high quality.
Excels at cross-functional collaboration and communicates clearly with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Curious about how AI reshapes user interaction and excited to design experiences where human judgment and machine intelligence converge.

Nice To Haves

Experience designing for data-intensive enterprise products or B2B platforms.
Background in UX research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into measurable product improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design across new and existing features — from user research and ideation through prototyping, interaction design, and final UI.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to translate product strategy into intuitive experiences.
Define and maintain design systems and visual standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
Balance business goals with user needs, prioritizing work that drives adoption, engagement, and product delight.
