Product Designer
About The Position
Bunkerhill is hiring its first product designer to work on Carebricks, a platform that runs its AI agent across healthcare workflows. The platform serves more than a dozen health systems and supports workflows including prior authorization, referral queue triage, opportunistic screening, eligibility checks, and insurance denial appeals. Its users include physicians, pharmacy technicians, schedulers, back-office staff, abstractors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals. The founding product designer will shape how healthcare users interact with AI output, establish and own Carebricks’ design system in line with brand guidelines, and define excellent product experiences for the platform’s varied users. The role involves working closely with engineering to ship and iterate on features, improving existing workflows, and creating the company’s design process. The position offers high ownership, access to platform power users, opportunities to observe how users derive value, and collaboration with an engineering team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated history of working well with engineering teams.
- Experience designing enterprise web applications.
- Experience working on an AI-enabled product.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative ways for healthcare users to interact with AI output.
- Create and own the Carebricks design system, incorporating brand guidelines.
