About The Position

A high-growth company is seeking a thoughtful and driven Product Designer to join its design team. Working closely with the Lead Designer, the successful candidate will help shape user-centric experiences, influence product strategy, and deliver polished UX/UI solutions. The role provides significant ownership and impact across end-to-end product design, particularly intuitive user workflows, dashboards, and data visualization. It suits a proactive designer who excels at problem-solving, asks insightful questions, and can clearly explain the reasoning behind design decisions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional product design experience, with a proven track record of shipping designs in live products.
• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving methodologies, user workflows, and polished visual designs.
• Strong experience with, or a demonstrated interest in, dashboards, analytics, and reporting interfaces.
• Hands-on experience working with and maintaining design systems.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a founding, first, or sole designer in a team environment.
• Practical expertise in data visualization.
• Experience in the consumer goods, retail, food and beverage, or beauty sectors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Lead Designer to define, design, and deliver end-to-end product features and UX/UI solutions.
• Participate in product discovery, helping determine what to build through critical thinking, research, and collaborative feedback.
• Design intuitive dashboards, analytics interfaces, and data visualization tools that simplify complex information for end users.
• Use and contribute to the evolution of the established design system to maintain consistency across products.
• Communicate and justify design concepts, user flows, and interface choices to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
