Product Designer

As an early product designer at Airspeed, you will have the opportunity to make a tremendous impact on product strategy and take ownership of all aspects of the design process. You will drive the end-to-end development process, from early research to validating hypotheses through constant iteration and experimentation. Collaborating closely with product management and engineering leads, you will strategize and execute projects to improve the experience for customers. With 3+ years of professional experience in designing user-friendly experiences for web and mobile, you will join a passionate team dedicated to building world-class experiences together.

• Drive the end-to-end development process, including early research, uncovering opportunities, validating hypotheses, and constant iteration and experimentation
• Design multiple directions that approach a problem from widely different angles in a quick timeline
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering leads to strategize and execute projects that improve the customer experience
• Have 3+ years of professional experience designing user-friendly experiences for web and mobile
• Be organized, self-directed, efficient, and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
• Feel comfortable working with consumer apps or complex interfaces
