About the position
As an early member of the customer success team, you will play a key role in building a customer base for Airspeed. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, onboarding new customers, and serving as the main point of contact between customers and the team. Additionally, you will keep customers informed of new product features, build and own customer business reviews and success plans, and have a solid understanding of SaaS software fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of high achievement in a CSM role, be empathetic, compassionate, organized, and a quick learner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and give feedback to product team
- Onboard new customers and create a playbook for a delightful experience with Airspeed
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the team
- Keep customers informed of new product features
- Build and own customer business reviews and success plans
Requirements
- 3+ years experience of high achievement in a CSM role
- Empathetic, compassionate, and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of SaaS software fundamentals
- Quick learner
