About the position
As one of the early members of the customer success team at this hot startup, you will have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy and contribute to building a loyal customer base. Your main responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, providing feedback to the product team, onboarding new customers, and serving as the main point of contact between customers and the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping customers informed about new product features.

- 3+ years of experience in a CSM role
- Empathetic, compassionate, and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Solid understanding of SaaS software fundamentals
