Customer Success Manager (CSM)

As one of the early members of the customer success team at this hot startup, you will have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy and contribute to building a loyal customer base. Your main responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, providing feedback to the product team, onboarding new customers, and serving as the main point of contact between customers and the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping customers informed about new product features.

• Shaping the go-to-market motion and building a customer base
• Understanding customer needs and providing feedback to the product team

• Serving as the main point of contact between customers and the team
• Keeping customers informed of new product features
• Building and owning customer business reviews and success plans
• 3+ years of experience in a CSM role
• Empathetic, compassionate, and organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Solid understanding of SaaS software fundamentals
• Quick learner
