It drives integrated planning, governance, stakeholder decisions, and operational readiness while ensuring quality, controls, documentation, data privacy, security, and appropriate AI guardrails. It also promotes hands-on AI tool adoption and helps teams prototype and operationalize solutions with human validation and sound judgment.

Requirements

  • VP-level experience leading complex cross-functional delivery across multiple teams or workstreams, with strong program-management discipline covering planning, governance, RAID, dependencies, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex cross-functional initiatives involving data pipelines, analytics or model components, and user-facing workflows.
  • Deep working knowledge of Agile delivery and Jira, including running ceremonies, reporting, and portfolio visibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Compliance Surveillance, Technology, Data Management, and line-of-business stakeholders.
  • Practical fluency with modern product and technology delivery fundamentals, including APIs and cloud or data platforms.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools for prototyping and accelerating delivery, with strong judgment and validation practices.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex industry domains, through direct experience in trade surveillance, compliance technology, markets, Risk, or financial services, or through a proven ability to rapidly learn complex regulatory, controls, data, and technology environments and translate that understanding into effective delivery.
