Third Shift Product Assembler Technician (STC)

Requirements
- Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills
- Ability to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight
Nice To Haves
- Expertise installing low voltage items to include cable installation, security systems, etc.
Responsibilities
- Assemble the product to National Assembler’s specifications
- Build a strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product
- Install, configure, and test video monitors and associated hardware per site specifications and company standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site
- Complete documentation of work, sign-offs, and photos for each location
- Communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads
- Follow safety procedures and store policies while onsite
