Product Assembler Technician (IHC)
About The Position
National Assemblers, Inc. is hiring Product Assembler Technicians to complete assembly or installation jobs in customers’ homes. Technicians receive customer orders, confirm appointments, assemble products to company specifications, and provide quality customer service to achieve customer satisfaction. The position involves regular driving to customers’ homes and businesses, with most jobs located 15 to 75 miles from the technician’s home. The company offers full-time, part-time, and weekend-only availability, with schedules and hours varying by location. Compensation is piece-rate, with stated pay of $20–$30 per hour and the opportunity to earn more, plus overtime pay and mileage reimbursement. Technicians are W-2 employees and receive training and support.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Must be able to drive regularly to customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Receive customer orders for product installation or assembly in customers’ homes.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments.
- Assemble products to National Assemblers’ specifications.
- Build rapport with customers and provide quality service to support customer satisfaction.
