About The Position

National Assemblers, Inc. is hiring Product Assembler Technicians to complete product assembly and installation work in customers’ homes. Technicians receive customer orders, confirm appointments with customers, assemble products to company specifications, and provide quality service to achieve customer satisfaction. The role involves regular driving to customer homes and businesses, with most jobs located 15 to 75 miles from home. Work is available full-time, part-time, or weekends, with hours and schedules varying by location. Technicians are W-2 employees, not subcontractors, and receive training and support.

Requirements

Able to lift 40 pounds.
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to solve problems and prioritize quality and safety.

Nice To Haves

Experience assembling products such as treadmills or desks, or mounting TVs.
Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in developing a trade.

Responsibilities

Complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes based on customer orders.
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments.
