This position on the product and growth team has direct ownership of and responsibility for both internal product management and external program management required to launch and scale Happy Healthâs B2B2C partnership programs. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, partnerships, growth, and operations and is responsible for translating partnership and business needs into clear internal product requirements, driving the execution of internal product and workflow changes, and managing the end-to-end implementation, launch, and ongoing execution of partner programs. This is a highly hands-on role focused on doing: defining requirements, managing product and implementation workstreams, coordinating cross-functional execution, validating launch readiness, and supporting ongoing partner performance after go-live. This is not a sales role and is not responsible for sourcing, pitching, or closing new partnership deals. This role requires a strong engineering or technical implementation background. The person in this role must be able to understand and work through real technical integration details, translate business and partner requirements into actionable product and technical requirements, and serve as a credible cross-functional operator across product, engineering, marketing, operations, clinical, and partner teams. As part of the team behind the Happy Health product, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple disciplines to bring partnership concepts to life through real, functioning, scalable systems. You will work directly with partner teams as well as internal product, engineering, marketing, operations, and clinical stakeholders to scope requirements, prioritize internal product needs, coordinate execution, manage timelines, validate implementation quality, and ensure that each partner launch is successful and repeatable. This role is responsible for serving as the primary owner of partner programs once a deal is signed and for helping define and drive the internal product work needed to support those programs over time.
