The Partnership Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in driving onboarding, implementation, and program success as CareScout continues to expand its partnerships ecosystem. This role will focus on effectively managing the client implementation process in an organized and timely fashion, across numerous internal and external stakeholders to ensure Partnership programs are launched effectively and set up for growth. This role will serve as a central point of coordination across Affinity and Carrier partnerships, balancing priorities and ensuring alignment on shared goals, timelines, and success metrics. This individual will support the end-to-end partner implementation experience, ensuring programs are not only launched on time but are set up for early adoption, engagement, and measurable success.
