About The Position

The Product Analyst creates, verifies, and costs new materials. The role supports production material records, fabric development files, pricing, quotes, and sales orders while working collaboratively with Sales Support, Customer Service, Merchandising, and Sales Management. The position also includes yarn tab work, adherence to safety requirements, and other duties or special projects requested by management.

Responsibilities

• Verify fillings and warps for all new production material records.
• Create and maintain Design and Post fabric files.
• Process lines and inquiries for all brands in collaboration with Sales Support, Customer Service, and Merchandising.
• Maintain initial trial and additional ground fabric files for development materials.
• Create original costing quotes for all production materials.
• Maintain pricing records for all production materials as approved by Sales Management.
• Enter and expedite sales orders for inquiry and/or line weaving needs.
• Assist with the yarn tab process.
• Perform other duties or special projects requested by management.
• Safely perform duties in accordance with company guidelines, report job-related injuries and safety hazards promptly, participate in safety programs, and maintain 5S standards.
