About The Position

The Product Analyst II supports MEDITECH Expanse change control and software deployment processes. The role helps ensure due diligence throughout the software pipeline so quality code can be deployed without negatively affecting users, field support, or downstream systems. It supports change control and software release processes for Clinical Systems and Clinical Informatics, including deployment of software changes such as screen changes, macros, scripting, and reports. The analyst works with Testing Services, Product Development MEDITECH Expanse Core Teams, and other teams to support appropriate testing and enterprise communications. The role also supports MEDITECH PWR processes through meeting facilitation, Jira story management, stakeholder communications, and ad hoc reporting, and develops and manages operational dashboards and reports in ServiceCentral and PowerBI. The position may perform other duties as assigned and adheres to the organization's Code of Conduct and Mission and Value Statement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT product support required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge, training, or certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma.
• Working knowledge and experience with MEDITECH.
• Proficiency using Jira for change management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships within the organization.
• Communicate work scope and delivery expectations to customers and vendors.
• Create reports for change control and audits as required.
• Assist management with change control and software release process improvement.
• Support change control processes for Clinical Systems and Clinical Informatics.
• Support deployment of software changes, including screen changes, macros, scripting, and reports.
• Work with Testing Services, Product Development MEDITECH Expanse Core Teams, and other teams to ensure code changes are properly tested and enterprise communications occur.
• Support MEDITECH PWR processes within Clinical Informatics through meeting facilitation, Jira story management, stakeholder communications, and ad hoc reporting.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Develop and manage operational dashboards and reports within ServiceCentral and PowerBI.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement.
