About The Position

The Summer 2027 Producer Support Analyst Undergraduate Internship offers hands-on experience supporting producer administration, sales operations, data analysis, and digital platform enhancement within United Concordia Dental’s Producer Administration and Relations team. The intern will assist with producer lifecycle management, commission administration, regulatory licensing requirements, reporting, and technical project support. The role contributes to initiatives that enhance the producer portal and improve the experience of producers, brokers, and internal business partners. The internship includes mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, project-based learning, and exposure to career opportunities in producer relations, sales operations, business analysis, data management, insurance administration, and project support. Under supervision and with guidance from experienced personnel, the intern provides entry-level professional services for the assigned area’s day-to-day operations and participates in projects, initiatives, research, and reporting. Applicants must be independently authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Requirements

Be enrolled full-time or part-time in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.

Responsibilities

Verify and maintain producer data.
Run and analyze reports.
Support producer portal enhancements and related projects.
Monitor producer licenses and appointments.
Assist with commission payment processes.
Conduct research and prepare reports, recommendations, or alternative proposals for action.
Provide services supporting the assigned area’s day-to-day operating objectives.
Participate in projects and programs that develop professional skills and expertise.
Participate in planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives.
Communicate with colleagues, clientele, and internal or external constituencies to plan assignments and resolve day-to-day operational problems.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate.
