Summer 2027 Producer Support Analyst Undergraduate Intern
About The Position
The Summer 2027 Producer Support Analyst Undergraduate Internship offers practical, hands-on experience supporting producer administration, sales operations, data analysis, and digital platform enhancement within United Concordia Dental’s Producer Administration and Relations team. The intern will contribute to initiatives to enhance the producer portal and improve the experience of producers, brokers, and internal business partners. Work includes producer data verification, reporting and analysis, portal-related projects, license and appointment monitoring, commission payment support, research, and recommendations to improve operational efficiency. The intern will receive training and mentorship and collaborate across teams while learning about producer relations, sales operations, business analysis, data management, insurance administration, and project support.
Requirements
- Full- or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States independently; visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a similar field.
Responsibilities
- Provide services supporting the day-to-day operating objectives of the assigned area.
- Participate in projects and programs appropriate to the needs of the assigned area.
- Participate in planning and implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and reporting, including recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
- Verify and maintain producer data and run and analyze reports.
- Support producer portal enhancements and related projects.
- Monitor producer licenses and appointments.
- Assist with commission payment processes.
- Communicate with colleagues, clients, and internal or external constituencies to plan assignments and resolve day-to-day operational problems.
- Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the objectives of the operating unit.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
