About The Position

Aon is hiring a Producer, Senior Vice President to build new relationships and generate business. The role involves developing strategic plans with colleagues, presenting risk solutions that meet client needs, and providing consultative advice across Aon’s solutions. The Producer uses data and analytics from Aon’s research teams, business judgment, and awareness of current trends to address complex business issues, while supporting a team in managing a portfolio of prospective clients.

Aon is a global professional services firm providing advice and solutions in Risk, Retirement, and Health. The company develops data-driven insights intended to reduce client volatility and enhance performance.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or enterprise products and/or services.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to and champion a successful sales process.
• Currently hold or be willing to acquire a Property & Casualty (P&C) license and/or Life & Health license.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Use connections and networking capabilities to generate new business.
• Influence and collaborate with others to build strategic plans and present a range of risk solutions that meet client needs.
• Engage prospects and provide creative, applicable advice across Aon’s solutions.
• Use data and analytics from Aon’s research teams, business judgment, and awareness of current trends to solve complex business issues.
• Support a team in managing a portfolio of prospective clients’ business.
