About The Position
The Produce Production employee works in the Produce Value-Added Section and is responsible for its day-to-day operation. The role includes working with full-time and/or part-time helpers in the section. Secondary duties include related activities as required or assigned. Availability is 20–30 hours per week, with possible evening and weekend work. Produce experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Requirements
- Able to work well with minimal supervision.
- Mature, reliable, and dependable.
- Produce experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Repetitive lifting up to 30 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Order, stock, and prepare value-added produce selections.
- Merchandise products and manage rotation.
- Organize the cooler and maintain records.
- Control backstock and inventory.
- Maintain housekeeping in the section.
- Provide customer relations on the salesfloor.
- Work with full-time and/or part-time helpers in the section.
- Perform related activities as required or assigned.
