Covenant Woods is looking for a Full-Time Procurement Specialist to join our team. This individual needs to be able to provide exceptional service with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Must be high school graduate or equivalent.
- Must communicate fluently in English.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and accounting ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Receive and Issue purchase orders
- Issue items based upon requests from various departments
- Maintain purchase orders and item issue database in accounting ERP system
- Assist in dispersal of donated/excess items
- Assist with tracking and maintaining storage space for the facility
- Receiving and tracking procurement packages daily
