About The Position

Dick Clark Productions is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to support procurement operations and strategic sourcing across a broad range of spend categories. This generalist sourcing and procurement role is responsible for day-to-day procure-to-pay functions in Coupa and for developing sourcing strategies to optimize cost and overall spend management. The role will have significant involvement in software and technology as well as event-related spend for PMC’s media brands, while also supporting other categories and procurement initiatives as business needs evolve. The Procurement Manager will report to the Vice President of Procurement and work closely with stakeholders across PMC and cross-functional corporate teams. The position is onsite four days per week and remote one day per week. PMC describes its environment as collaborative and office-first and does not offer remote-only roles.

Requirements

At least 5 years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience across a variety of spend categories.
Experience sourcing enterprise software/SaaS and technology, including pricing and contract negotiations.
Experience leading end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx processes.
Strong experience conducting pricing negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to review, redline, and negotiate supplier agreements, renewals, amendments, and commercial terms.
Hands-on experience with Coupa Procure-to-Pay, including purchasing processes, workflows, troubleshooting, and user support.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience sourcing meetings, events, and production-related categories such as venues, catering, A/V, and production services.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across software/SaaS, technology, meetings and events, and other spend categories as needed.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop sourcing strategies, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Lead RFx processes, supplier evaluations, pricing analysis, negotiations, and vendor selection.
Review, redline, and negotiate supplier contracts, renewals, amendments, and commercial terms.
Oversee procurement operations by supporting Coupa and purchasing processes, troubleshooting issues, and providing internal user support.
Analyze procurement spend and activity to identify cost savings and process improvements.
Support special procurement projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.
