UPM Adhesive Materials is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team in Mills River. This analytical role offers the opportunity to join a team that collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we have the right product, at the right place, at the right time. The role involves turning data into actionable insights by analyzing demand, inventory, supplier, ERP, and other procurement data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. The Procurement Analyst will develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that support procurement, supply chain, and business decision-making. This role also involves combining, validating, and maintaining data from multiple systems and sources to ensure information is accurate, consistent, and business-ready. The analyst will support raw material planning and procurement activities through analysis of inventory levels, consumption trends, lead times, and supplier performance. Additionally, they will partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and maintain high-quality supply chain and procurement data, and support supplier performance, procurement KPI reporting, and S&OP reviews by providing insights, highlighting risks, and recommending improvement opportunities. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives focused on analytics, reporting automation, inventory optimization, process efficiency, and data quality, while maintaining compliance with company procurement policies, data governance requirements, and established working procedures. Other procurement and supplier support duties may also be performed.
