Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, purchasing, data analytics, or a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of areas such as inventory management, demand planning, procurement, or supplier collaboration.
  • Effective communication skills with different audiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships through collaboration, trust, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ownership of work, embrace continuous improvement, and enjoy contributing to team success.

Responsibilities

  • Turn data into actionable insights by analyzing demand, inventory, supplier, ERP, and other procurement data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that support procurement, supply chain, and business decision-making.
  • Combine, validate, and maintain data from multiple systems and sources to ensure information is accurate, consistent, and business-ready.
  • Support raw material planning and procurement activities through analysis of inventory levels, consumption trends, lead times, and supplier performance.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and maintain high-quality supply chain and procurement data.
  • Support supplier performance, procurement KPI reporting, and S&OP reviews by providing insights, highlighting risks, and recommending improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on analytics, reporting automation, inventory optimization, process efficiency, and data quality.
  • Maintain compliance with company procurement policies, data governance requirements, and established working procedures.
  • Perform other procurement and supplier support duties.
