Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, purchasing, data analytics, or a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle Analytics, or similar platforms.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Knowledge of areas such as inventory management, demand planning, procurement, or supplier collaboration.
Effective communication skills with different audiences.
Ability to build strong relationships through collaboration, trust, and a customer-focused mindset.
Organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ownership of work, embrace continuous improvement, and enjoy contributing to team success.

Responsibilities

Turn data into actionable insights by analyzing demand, inventory, supplier, ERP, and other procurement data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that support procurement, supply chain, and business decision-making.
Combine, validate, and maintain data from multiple systems and sources to ensure information is accurate, consistent, and business-ready.
Support raw material planning and procurement activities through analysis of inventory levels, consumption trends, lead times, and supplier performance.
Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and maintain high-quality supply chain and procurement data.
Support supplier performance, procurement KPI reporting, and S&OP reviews by providing insights, highlighting risks, and recommending improvement opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on analytics, reporting automation, inventory optimization, process efficiency, and data quality.
Maintain compliance with company procurement policies, data governance requirements, and established working procedures.
Perform other procurement and supplier support duties.
