About The Position

The Procore Project Administrator is an enterprise-level, senior individual-contributor role responsible for the daily administration, configuration, and governance of Pike's Procore platform across its fixed-price project portfolio. The role partners with the PMO, Operations, and IT to ensure projects are correctly established, consistently governed, and supported from pre-construction through closeout. This is a hands-on, process-driven position for someone with prior Procore administration experience and familiarity with construction project management. The position is on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina, and reports to the Director of PMO. The administrator configures and maintains company- and project-level Procore standards, user access, tools, custom fields, workflows, and integrations. They troubleshoot configuration, permission, workflow, data, and system issues; establish root causes and corrective actions; and escalate platform defects when needed. They also create and govern projects, configure approval workflows, support project budget controls, and ensure standardized project-role assignments. The role supports onboarding, training, office hours, and hypercare for Project Managers and Operations; reinforces standard operating procedures; and translates platform enhancements into practical guidance. It monitors exception reporting, maintains the accuracy of data used in portfolio and executive reporting, and contributes to process improvements, enhancement governance, and release readiness. Pike describes itself as a leading provider of construction, repair, and engineering services for electric and gas utilities and telecommunications companies, with a growing portfolio of turnkey renewable projects. The company emphasizes safety, collaboration, innovation, and customer service.
