Requirements

  • Proper documentation for all charts and records in accordance with legal.
  • Ability to CIP all tanks, lines, and equipment associated with processing.
  • Follow all company formulation and assure correct ingredients amounts are being used and documented.
  • Perform a daily inventory of products in the processing area at end of shift.
  • Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements.
  • Keep all work areas, including the ingredient storage area, neat and clean at all times, to conform to GMP and SQF requirements.
  • Understand and follow all safety procedures, always wear proper PPE, and never put yourself or other employees in harm’s way.
  • Must stay until job is completed or relieved.

Nice To Haves

  • Assist in buttermilk setting and sending.
  • Assist in batching and pasteurization of all product as needed.
  • Assist in the cheese room as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Performing yogurt setting and yogurt separation.
  • Batching, legal pasteurization, and storage of all products according to plant SOPs and the PMO.
  • CIP all tanks, lines, and equipment associated with processing.
  • Follow all company formulation and assure correct ingredients amounts are being used and documented.
  • Assist in buttermilk setting and sending.
  • Assist in batching and pasteurization of all product as needed.
  • Perform a daily inventory of products in the processing area at end of shift.
  • Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements.
  • Assist in the cheese room as needed.
  • Keep all work areas, including the ingredient storage area, neat and clean at all times, to conform to GMP and SQF requirements.
