About The Position

Our team is currently seeking a Commercial Processor based in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a 1st Shift position. Our 1st shift hours are typically 2:30PM - 11:00PM Monday through Friday with Saturday overtime scheduled as needed. Fabricate and assemble subcomponents out of metal components.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to use a tape measure, add, and subtract fractions.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Mig Welding Training Certificate or the ability to receive a certificate.
  • Regular attendance is an essential job requirement.
  • Ability to work as a team, including all related departments/plants or independently as required to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
  • Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
