The Processing Technician C transfers semi-finished product from a main vessel to a tote run tank and performs manual additions for much of the workday. The role works daily with corrosive, acidic, toxic, oxidizing, and high-temperature materials. It supports dental and non-dental production through batch processing, washouts, purges, production-line maintenance, and required paperwork. The technician receives daily assignments from the Processing Supervisor and follows batch sheets, FDA-required sign-offs, SOPs, GMPs, JSAs, and safety procedures. The position operates blenders and other equipment, stages batches with a forklift, adds dry and liquid raw materials, labels tanks and samples, collects batch samples for Quality Department approval, and manages bulk inventory using a WMS. Dental processing also involves operating an HMI-controlled process, connecting dedicated hoses to transfer tanker materials to pre-fill hoppers, introducing material to the main vessel through a vacuum system, supplying production lines with product, and maintaining the LPD skid. The technician must use required PPE, complete forklift inspections, keep the work area clean, and complete safety and hazardous-chemical training. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Compensation: $32.75 per hour plus shift differential.
