About The Position

Actively hiring for Process Technicians on all shifts. This role involves starting up and optimizing injection molding equipment, troubleshooting molding, quality, and production issues, and ensuring products meet customer and quality requirements. You will support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams. Maintaining safe operations and following GMP, safety, and quality standards are key priorities.

Requirements

Manufacturing, setup, or process technician experience
Injection molding and/or extrusion blow molding experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Stand for most of the work shift
Use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, crouch, bend, twist, and only occasionally sit
Lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Heavier amounts can be moved with assistance of equipment

Nice To Haves

For Technician III candidates: RJG Certification and scientific molding experience are highly desired.

Responsibilities
