They are seeking Process Engineers who are adept at solving manufacturing challenges, enhancing efficiency, and developing systems for production success. Opportunities are available for various experience levels, from early-career engineers to experienced manufacturing professionals.

Requirements

  • Manufacturing or Process Engineering experience
  • Experience in CNC machining environments
  • Experience in Aerospace or defense manufacturing
  • Experience with Process documentation and workflow development
  • Experience with Root cause analysis and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of Engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Experience with Cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with AS9100 or other regulated manufacturing environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (for Process Engineer I)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude (for Process Engineer I)
  • Desire to learn manufacturing processes (for Process Engineer I)
  • 2+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience (for Process Engineer II)
  • Experience creating process documentation (for Process Engineer II)
  • Comfortable supporting production and leading process improvements (for Process Engineer II)
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (for Process Engineer III)
  • Proven success improving manufacturing systems (for Process Engineer III)
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects (for Process Engineer III)
  • Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills (for Process Engineer III)

Responsibilities

  • Develop manufacturing process plans and work instructions
  • Create quality control plans and inspection documentation
  • Define tooling, fixturing, and manufacturing workflows
  • Support new product introductions and first article inspections
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and identify root causes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with Programming, Quality, Production, and Engineering to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Help establish best practices and standardized manufacturing documentation
  • Mentor junior engineers (Level II & III)
