Requirements
- Manufacturing, setup, or process technician experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- Injection molding and/or extrusion blow molding experience preferred
- For Technician III candidates: RJG Certification and scientific molding experience are highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Start up and optimize injection molding equipment
- Troubleshoot molding, quality, and production issues
- Ensure products meet customer and quality requirements
- Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
- Maintain safe operations and follow GMP, safety, and quality standards
- Adhere to safety policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and report any unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Wear company issued personal protective equipment (PPE) such as uniforms, gloves, hairnets.
