This is a 1099 independent contractor position with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and have experience with legal document delivery. Requirements

Reliable transportation

Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications
Strong communication and documentation skills
Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
Reside in or currently serve within a 45-mile radius of McDuffie County, GA.

Responsibilities

Make diligent service attempts, including up to 5 attempts at varied times (morning, evening, weekend, etc.).
Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email).
Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion.
Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to upload photo evidence of addresses, submit detailed attempt notes, and record service or non-service outcomes.
