About The Position

ABC Legal Services is seeking independent, organized, and personable people to deliver legal documents in their local areas. Process servers work outside a traditional office setting, choose how much work to take on, and set their service areas. They use the company’s mobile app to claim jobs, map stops, and track pay. Attempts are required every 48 hours, at varied times. Experience in process serving or related work is helpful but not required. Requirements vary by state; some states require process server registration or a minimum age to serve.

Requirements

• Own reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Ability to use an iPhone, iPad, or Android smart device and work within a mobile app.
• Ability to scan and print documents.
• Ability to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States without work authorization.
• Meet applicable state requirements; some states require registration as a process server or a minimum age to serve.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
