About The Position

Proof is a leading nationwide legal services company that connects independent process servers with clients needing their services. Proof is seeking Process Servers to join its network of independent contractors to deliver legal documents in the Concordia Parish, LA area and surrounding regions. Contractors can set their own schedules and determine their workload, choosing the work they want to complete and tracking earnings through an industry-leading mobile app. Proof provides support through a dedicated operational specialist for every serve.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app.
• Ability to scan and print documents.
• Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required.
• Must complete a quick background check.
• Must verify identity.

Nice To Haves

• National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.

Responsibilities
