About The Position

ProVest LLC is seeking Process Servers to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Coatesville, PA and surrounding areas. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery. Ideal candidates include experienced Process Servers, Licensed Private Investigators, and Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts (up to 3 attempts at varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to upload photo evidence of addresses, submit detailed attempt notes, and record service or non-service outcomes
