About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Process Governance Manager for a Global Financial Institution in Chandler, Arizona. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week onsite and involves overseeing end-to-end tracking of enterprise process management and global technology deliverables. The manager will maintain the Core Technology Infrastructure process inventory, support compliance with applicable requirements, and promote accountability and continuous improvement through collaboration with business lines, risk partners, and process owners. The position also supports governance routines, operational risk management, technology issue alignment and remediation, operational excellence, and digital transformation through workflow tools, automation, and other operational enhancements. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The pay range is $78.03–$86.03 per hour. Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in process governance, operational risk, or relationship management roles.
Demonstrated success driving process improvements and delivering measurable outcomes.
Must work onsite at least 3 days per week.
Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees.

Nice To Haves

MBA or certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma.
Experience in relationship management, governance, or operational risk within a large, complex organization.
Ability to communicate and influence at an executive level, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in process design, control frameworks, and compliance standards.
Strategic thinking, critical problem-solving skills, and ability to balance tactical execution with long-term vision.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
Experience with workflow tools such as Jira.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end tracking of Enterprise Process Management and Global Tech deliverables to support successful, timely execution.
Manage the Core Technology Infrastructure process inventory and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and enterprise policies.
Participate in horizontal routines, represent the line of business, and cascade information as appropriate.
Review process dashboards, analytics, and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive adherence to enterprise policies, operational standards, and risk-based practices.
Partner with lines of business, risk partners, and process owners to promote alignment, transparency, and timely execution of priorities.
Work with cross-functional teams and second-line risk partners to proactively manage operational and compliance risk.
Collaborate across organizational levels to embed accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee technology issue alignment, including standardized processes, proactive assessments, and timely remediation.
Support the process management discipline through gatekeeping, governance routines, and continuous improvement practices.
Champion operational excellence initiatives to modernize platforms, improve efficiency, and promote standardization.
Enable digital transformation through workflow tools, automation opportunities, and operational enhancements.
Build positive relationships and partnerships to foster a collaborative culture and drive value.
