About The Position

Requirements

Subject Matter Expertise and the ability to provide mentorship, guidance and training to other team members.
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of eight years in a previous process improvement role.
Demonstration of the ability to meet qualifications without an absolute focus on duration of experience.

Responsibilities

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Stay updated with the latest Lean and Six Sigma trends, tools, and best practices.
Encourage the adoption of innovative approaches to enhance process performance.
Serves in a consultative manner to senior leaders and other members of management in the areas of data analysis, process, and alignment.
Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation through sustainment.
Define project scopes, goals, plans, and deliverables.
Track progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Train and mentor continuous improvement project leaders and other team members on Lean and Six Sigma principles and techniques.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Design and facilitate process management training for all team members at all levels of leadership across the organization.
Manage change initiatives related to process improvements.
Address resistance and establish plans to facilitate smooth transitions during process changes.
Ensure that changes are effectively communicated and implemented.
Demonstrate comfortability in influencing without formal authority.
