About The Position

This position is key to fostering our culture which is focused on innovation, operational excellence, and delivering on our members’ most critical needs.

Requirements

  • Subject Matter Expertise and the ability to provide mentorship, guidance and training to other team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of eight years in a previous process improvement role.
  • Demonstration of the ability to meet qualifications without an absolute focus on duration of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Stay updated with the latest Lean and Six Sigma trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Encourage the adoption of innovative approaches to enhance process performance.
  • Serves in a consultative manner to senior leaders and other members of management in the areas of data analysis, process, and alignment.
  • Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation through sustainment.
  • Define project scopes, goals, plans, and deliverables.
  • Track progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Train and mentor continuous improvement project leaders and other team members on Lean and Six Sigma principles and techniques.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Design and facilitate process management training for all team members at all levels of leadership across the organization.
  • Manage change initiatives related to process improvements.
  • Address resistance and establish plans to facilitate smooth transitions during process changes.
  • Ensure that changes are effectively communicated and implemented.
  • Demonstrate comfortability in influencing without formal authority.
